Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Citizen Hack client, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License and use
  • Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable subscription to use the Citizen Hack client for the purchased duration.
  • The software is licensed per account. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or redistributing the client is prohibited and results in termination without refund.
  • You are responsible for how you use the software and for complying with the rules of any game server or community you join.
3. Subscriptions and billing
  • Plans are one-time purchases of access for the selected duration (1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 2 years). Access starts once payment is confirmed.
  • Card/PayPal payments activate within minutes; cryptocurrency payments activate after network confirmation (typically up to ~20 minutes).
  • A 20% discount is applied automatically to cryptocurrency payments.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may change for future purchases; existing access is never affected retroactively.
4. Refunds

Because access is digital and delivered immediately, purchases are final once access has been granted. See our Refund Policy for details, including the chargeback policy.

5. Anti-cheat and detection

We continuously work to keep the client undetected by known anti-cheat systems, but no cheat is guaranteed undetectable forever. We are not liable for account bans, VAC bans, or other consequences arising from use of the software, including on third-party services.

6. Availability and changes

The client is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Updates are included for the duration of your access. We may revise these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts for abuse, fraud (including chargebacks), reselling, or violation of these terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
