How fast do I get access after paying?
Card and PayPal payments activate automatically, usually in under 5 minutes, as long as you enter your website username in the checkout's Website Username box. Crypto payments activate as soon as the network confirms them, typically within 20 minutes. You'll get a confirmation email either way, then download the client from /client.
Do card plans renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Monthly, quarterly and yearly card plans renew at the same price until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the Manage membership link in your Gumroad receipt email, or email citizenhackmail@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Crypto payments and Lifetime are one-time and never renew.
What happens to my remaining time if I renew or upgrade early?
It carries over. Every new plan is added on top of the access you already have, so buying a yearly plan with 10 days left gives you a year plus those 10 days. Switching from a monthly card plan? Cancel the monthly membership in Gumroad afterwards so it stops renewing.
What is the 7-day pass?
A one-time $4.93 crypto payment for 7 days of full access: every feature, every update, no renewal. It's the cheapest way to try Citizen Hack on your own servers before committing to a longer plan.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
160+ coins through NOWPayments, including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, SOL and DOGE. Bitcoin and USDT on TRC20 have higher network minimums, so for the 7-day pass or monthly plan pick a low-fee coin like LTC, SOL or ETH. You can also share your payment link so someone else can pay it for you.
I typed the wrong username at checkout. What now?
Your payment is still recorded. Email citizenhackmail@gmail.com from the address on your receipt and we'll attach the order to your account manually.
Can I get a refund?
Access is digital and delivered instantly, so sales are final once access is granted. We refund failed deliveries and duplicate charges in full. See the refund policy for details.
