Do i have to run the menu in the steam overlay or can i run it in chrome on my second monitor?

also where do i find Coupon Codes?

I get why they have it but it takes so long to get approved. 

Is it different when i buy the hack?

Our menu is web based so it will be in steam overlay, you can also access the menu from any other device by copying the link from the overlay.
