Transfer of hardware

Is it possible for me to buy the cheat on this computer (and not play on it or anything), and then use the cheat on my main computer? Will this need a hardware reset or does the hardware only activate for the first computer that uses the cheat on the account? Does the hardware in which you buy the cheat already mean that the account is that hardware's?

As long as you log in to your same account you should be able to download the client.
