Buy with steam gift card?

I would like to know if I could buy the Gmod hack with a steam gift card. I live in the UK, I don't know if this would work. I am looking to buy the lifetime version,

It depends, generally we will only accept steam card if there is a premium, e.g. $30 lifetime would be $40 steam card.
